Founded in 2019 by the Directors of Hum Associates, HUM Infra has come a long way from its beginnings as a Builder and Real estate firm to bringing all construction-related services for their customers under one roof in Ponda, Goa.
Mr. Rauf Mulla first started, his passion for Buildings and Infrastructure with the partnership of his brothers Mr.Munaf Mulam & Mr. Usman Mulam and it drove them to build their dreams of creating this passion into a successful business entity and gave them the impetus to turn hard work and inspiration into to victory.
We now serve customers all over Goa and are thrilled to be a part of the infrastructure wing of the Construction & Leisure Industry.

MUNAF MULAM
Founder & Finance Director
Mr.Munaf Mulam is the Finance Director at Hum Infra. He graduated in B.Com in the year 1985 from Damodar College of Commerce & Economics Margao. He had keen interest in sports and was the basketball captain in his college and also played for his college cricket team as a wicket keeper batsman. He has also played for Nova Goa, a cricket club in Dubai. Mr.Munaf has more than 30 years of work experience in the Shipping Industry with a major focus in Finance. He started his career in the year 1986 in a work shop as an Accounts clerk in Dubai. He then moved to AWACS general trading as an Accountant in the year 1989. In the year 1990 he chose United Shipping Company to work with which was a stepping stone in his career. He started as an Accounts receivable specialist for UAE and Qatar. He was certified in computer courses like MS Office and Visual Fox programming in the year 2000. While working for United Shipping company he handled accounts in the UK as an internal auditor for United Freight UK and also managed accounts for United Freight Greece. After working for 12 years at USC and gaining massive experience in the Shipping industry he moved to Arabital Shipping LLC in the year 2002, which is an Italian Shipping company functioning majorly in the middle east. He was the Finance and Administration manager at Arabital. While working at Arabital Shipping LLC UAE, he also managed other branches in countries like Doha, Bahrain, Egypt and Iran to set up new accounting system, hiring and training the staff accordingly.
USMAN MULAM
Founder & Purchase Director
Mr.Usman Mulam is the Purchase Director at HUM Infra. He has over 26 years of work experience in various organisations. He started working at Atish Hotels Pvt Ltd in the year 1990 as a night auditor, he worked there for 2 years and moved to Saudi Arabia in the year 1992 to work at Al Kifaf as an accountant. Mr.Usman was always interested in the Hospitality industry so he moved to Dubai in the year 1994 to work with Al Nasr Hospitality Group. He went on to manage ‘Khazana’ by Sanjeev Kapoor and was also the chief accountant. In 2010 he joined Options Group as the Financial Controller and worked there till May 2015. Mr.Usman Mulla has a vast experience in the field of finance and hospitality and also worked with eminent personalities like Sanjeev Kapoor, the star chef of India. Mr. Usman moved back to India in the year 2015 and started Nobel General Trading which is a sister concerned company of HUM Associates, which deals with brands like Dalmia Cement and Johnson Tiles.
RAUF MULLA
Founder & Managing Director
Mr.Rauf Mulla is the Managing Director at Hum Infra Pvt Ltd. He holds a Diploma in Production Engineering from Agnel Polytechnic Goa. He has an avid interest in sports and loves to travel. Mr.Rauf has over 25 years of experience, majorly in the field of construction. He started his career in 1994 at Gulf News Dubai in the Production department. In the year 1995 he returned to India and started a partnership firm MK Builders. 3 years later he decided to move on and start his own individual firm MR Associates. In the year 2004, Hum Associates was formed in partnership with his brothers. Mr.Rauf is also interested in social work and is a part of many such organisations. In the year 2001, he was the president of Ponda Jaycees which is an international NGO. He was the Director of Goa state Hajj committee 2014-16. In the year 2015 he became the President of Ponda Muslim Association. Mr.Rauf Mulla was a former President and is a charter member of Rotary Club of Ponda New Generation.
